Terms of Service

  • Do not post unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent content, including fake vacancies.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.
  • Use candidate data received through the platform solely for recruitment purposes.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Institution approval

Institution (recruiter) accounts require administrator approval before they can post vacancies. We may request official documentation to verify an institution's identity, and we may reject, suspend, or revoke institution access at our discretion — for example where information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit — profiles, CVs, logos, job postings, and page content. By submitting content you grant IHE Jobs a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share it as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your application to the institution you applied to). You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

IHE Jobs is a venue that connects job seekers and institutions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or profiles, the outcome of any application, or uninterrupted availability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" and IHE Jobs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — to be completed by the site owner], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
