  • Application data — when you apply for a position we store a snapshot of your name, contact details, and the CV you attached, and share it with the hiring institution.
  • Technical data — session cookies and basic request information (such as IP address in administrative audit records) needed to run and secure the service.

3. Why we use your data

  • To operate your account and display your profile to you.
  • To deliver your applications to the institutions you apply to.
  • To let approved institutions manage their vacancies and review applicants.
  • To send you service emails such as confirmation, security, and notification messages.
  • To keep the platform secure, prevent abuse, and maintain an administrative audit trail.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. How your data is stored

Data is stored in our platform database. Uploaded CV and verification document files are encrypted at rest on our servers. Access to personal data is limited to the hiring institutions you apply to and to platform administrators who need it to operate the service.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. These cookies are required for the site to function; we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Email notifications

We send in-app and email notifications for events such as application updates and account activity. You can control which notification types reach your inbox from your account's notification settings page at any time. Essential account and security emails cannot be disabled.

7. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account from your account settings. Deletion follows a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the request by signing back in. After the grace period the account and its personal data are permanently purged; records of past applications are anonymized rather than deleted, so institutions retain accurate hiring records without your identity attached.

8. Your rights

You may access and correct your profile data at any time from your account. For a copy of your data, or for questions about this policy, contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.
